From Passive to Passionate: Developing the Salivating Athlete

In this free recorded webinar, Jeff Huber, renowned former diving coach, professor of psychology, and author of Applying Educational Psychology in Coaching Athletes, discusses how athletes learn and how coaches can teach passion in sport. By viewing this webinar, those who teach, practice, and aspire to be great coaches will learn how to:

  • Create the passionate and motivated athlete.
  • Become the coach kids love and never forget.
  • Build an environment that breeds “the salivating athlete.”
  • Decondition and recondition athletes to overcome mental blocks.

Dr. Huber presents what he considers the single most important learning theory for athlete success—a theory that can’t be found in any other textbook on coaching, motor learning, or motor performance.
