Exercise for the prevention of falls targets balance, gait and muscle strength. A recently completed Cochrane Collaboration Systematic Review that included 108 randomised controlled trials, aimed to evaluate the effects of any form of exercise as a single intervention on falls in people aged 60+ years living in the community.


This webinar will outline the results of that Systematic Review and will provide practical advice regarding effective strategies for implementing the evidence into practice in terms of intensity, dose and tailoring.
