    About the Editor

    Lee E. Brown, EdD, CSCS,*D, FNSCA, is a former president of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Board of Directors. In 2014, he received the NSCA's Lifetime Achievement Award for this work with the association. Dr. Brown holds a master's degree in exercise science and a doctorate in educational leadership from Florida Atlantic University. Formerly a high school physical education teacher and coach of numerous sports, he is now a professor of strength and conditioning in the department of kinesiology at California State University, Fullerton. He and his wife, Theresa, reside in Buena Park, California.
